Juice Cleanse

Is this program a juice cleanse ?

Many people commonly refer to the type of program we offer as a juice cleanse. Although the term juice cleanse is widely used, we officially call it a Juice Fasting Program due to regulations in Switzerland.

Our juice fasting program is a natural, short-term method to give your body a refreshing break and restore balance. It offers everything you would expect from a classic juice cleanse: nutrient-rich cold-pressed juices, a clear structure, and an opportunity to feel lighter and more focused.

If you’re looking for a way to recharge and revitalize, our program is the ideal solution — a structured and mindful approach that brings the benefits of a juice cleanse while respecting local guidelines.

Why cold-pressed juices are better

Not all juices are alike. Our juices are made using hydraulic cold pressing — a gentle method that extracts juice without heat or oxidation. This careful process preserves the natural vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and flavor of fruits, herbs, and vegetables. It’s not the fastest or easiest method, but it’s the only way to make sure the nutrients of the raw ingredients actually end up in your bottle!

  • Gentle extraction without heat for maximum nutrients

  • The freshest taste – keeps the natural taste and color intact

  • The closest you can get to pure, raw fruit and vegetables

The secret to our production: Freshly pressed AND a long shelf life?

Unlike traditional pasteurization, which uses heat and can affect taste and destroy vitamins, we use the innovative High-Pressure Processing (HPP) method to slightly extend the shelf life of our juices. This involves placing the filled bottles in a water bath and subjecting them to simultaneous high pressure from all sides. With this gentle method, the microorganisms can be rendered harmless — but the incredibly delicious, fresh taste and nutrients are retained!

  • Protects nutrients: All vitamins and enzymes stay intact

  • No heat, no chemicals, just pure juice you can trust

  • A gentle process that allows extending shelf life without compromising quality and freshness

How much vegetables and fruits go into a #RAW Juice?

Depending on the juice, between 400 and 850 gram raw vegetables, fruits and healthy spices go into one bottle. It is important to us that our juices do not only contain fruits, but also a great amount of veggies. This way, we can lower juices’ fructose content and make them taste even more refreshing.
We order the raw materials for our juices shortly before each production.

What makes our #RAW Juices so special?

Our #RAW Juices are made from 100% fresh fruits, vegetables and natural ingredients like healthy spices – nothing else!
Not all juices are alike: We cold press our juices. In conventional juice production, a centrifugal process is generally used, in which the liquid is literally “ejected” from vegetables and fruit. This generates heat, which destroys valuable nutrients such as vitamins. Moreover, the centrifugal systems are not suitable for processing green, leafy vegetables – but this is exactly where most vitamins, minerals and secondary plant substances are to be found.

It was therefore clear to us that we wanted to use traditional hydraulic cold pressing for our juices. In this process, a consistent level of pressure is built up, and we can gently extract the juice from leaves, herbs, fruits and vegetables. And all this without exposure to any heat! This is neither the easiest nor the fastest way to extract juice, but it is the only way to make sure the nutrients of the raw materials actually end up in the juice bottle.
