To ensure that you receive your fresh juices as quick as possible, we send your order with the overnight express service of the Swiss Post. With 20 CHF delivery cost, this is not completely free but absolutely necessary so that the juices find their way into your fridge as quick as possible. We don’t want the product quality to be negatively affected by the delivery! In this way we can ensure that.

What does it mean that the juices are cold-pressed?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

In conventional juice production, a centrifugal process is generally used, in which the liquid is literally “ejected” from vegetables and fruit. This generates heat, which destroys valuable nutrients such as vitamins. It was therefore clear to us that we wanted to use traditional hydraulic cold pressing for our juices. In this process, a consistent level of pressure is built up, and we can gently extract the juice from leaves, herbs, fruits and vegetables. And all this without exposure to any heat! This is neither the easiest nor the fastest way to extract juice, but it is the only way to make sure the nutrients of the raw materials actually end up in the juice bottle.

You will receive your order on the delivery date that you selected at the checkout. We always deliver from Tuesday to Saturday with the express service of the Swiss Post. Usually the delivery takes place between 7 and 9:30 am. :-)

You will receive a notification of the Swiss Post by email and text message with the tracking number of your parcel. In this way you can check the status of your parcel on the website of the post. :-)

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

If you are not at home when the package is delivered, it is no problem at all. The delivery person will simply leave the parcel in front of your door. :-) Please make sure to put the products in the fridge as quick as possible.

It is 2 pm and I have not received my order yet. How should I proceed?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

There are very rare cases of delays in the deliveries by the post. In most cases when there is a delay the parcel still arrives the same day only few hours late. You can check the status of your delivery with the tracking number that you receive by email or contact the post directly. In case that your order did not arrive on the expected date, please send us an email to team@heylife.ch with your order number and we will check.

A pickup of juices is unfortunately not possible.

Currently, we are not able to ship products abroad as we cannot ensure that the cold chain is respected during the transportation.

What kind of packaging material is used and how do I have to dispose of it?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

Sustainability is very important to us. That’s why we use renewable raw materials for our packaging material. :-)

  • The box in which your order is delivered is made of carton and can be disposed of with the usual carton.
  • To ensure that your delivery really arrives cool, we use isolation material made of cardboard. The isolation inlays are made of cardboard with a filling of paper pulp, which can be disposed of with the paper waste.
  • Our cooling elements can be reused, for example to transport products from the supermarket or for a picnic! :) But if you don’t want them anymore, they can be disposed in the normal household waste, because they are food safe.
  • For our juices we use rPET bottles, these are made of recycled PET and can be disposed of with PET. :-)

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a solution to return the boxes and inlays yet. Therefore we ensure to use recyclable materials. We are looking for a country wide solution so that you can send us the packaging material in the most sustainable way. We will be happy to let you know as soon as we have found it.

We think homemade juices are a great idea! However, if you’ve made fresh juices yourself, you’ll know how costly and time consuming it can be. Buying and washing all the ingredients, preparation, chopping, washing up and finally dealing with the waste. Unfortunately, it is also very difficult with a home juicer (centrifugal juicer) to process the real good stuff (e.g. the leafy green vegetables like kale, spinach, spelt grass) which leaves you with mostly fruits that typically have a lot of fructose.

In the innovative HPP process, our ready-filled bottles are placed in a water bath and exposed to high pressure, which renders microorganisms harmless. Unlike pasteurisation, the fresh taste and nutrients of our juices are preserved.

What makes our Coconut Water so special?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

For the production of our coconut water we work directly with selected farming families in Thailand and use only Nam Hom organic coconuts which are well known as the best in the world in terms of quality and taste. In this way, we do not only contribute to a fair income for the farmer families but also have full transparency in terms of cultivation and traceability.

The day of harvest, the coconuts are processed directly for us – it doesn’t get any fresher than that :-) Additionally, we do not use any additives for our coconut water and it is never heated – in this way all the valuable nutrients are preserved.

All of our products are made only of natural ingredients and are vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.

How should I store the products when I receive them?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

All of our products are fresh and never heated, so they need to be stored in the fridge at max. +5 C°. :-)

A juice cleanse is the perfect way to give your body and digestion a break. It helps you to focus more on your health and to come back to healthy habits. You can use the increased awareness to keep your nutrition more balanced and richer in nutrients over the long term. Therefore, a juice cleanse is an optimal start for a permanently healthy and balanced diet.

Can I do sports during my cleanse?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

Take it a little easier while you are juicing. We recommend that you refrain from very strenuous sports during this time. Moderate exercise is good for you though! Instead of a long-distance run, take a walk in the fresh air or do a yoga session. But maybe you feel more like soaking in a bubble bath: Do whatever makes you feel good!

Can I do a cleanse with health restrictions?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

If you have any health issues, please check with your doctor before whether a juice cleanse is suitable for you. If you have a cold or any other infection, we recommend you to wait until you feel well again. Your body needs all its energy to recover during this time.

Are side effects normal during a cleanse?2022-10-14T17:06:43+02:00

Light headaches and some fatigue are normal during a cleanse. Listen to your body and slow down during your juice cleanse. :-)
