The secret to our production: Freshly pressed AND a long shelf life?
Our #RAW Shots consist of 100% freshly pressed fruits and vegetables – nothing else! No added sugar, no aroma, no preservatives. We stay true to our motto: 100% Pure Nature!
Thanks to the innovative High Pressure Processing (HPP) method, our #RAW Shots stay fresh for several weeks. With this gentle method, our beverages are never heated, preserving the fresh taste and all nutrients!
Pasteurization was out of the question for us. With this process, it is very easy to achieve a very long shelf life, but most nutrients are destroyed through heat.
How does the HPP method work? The beverage bottles filled with juice are placed in a water bath and exposed to high pressure, which renders microorganisms harmless – but preserves the fresh taste and the nutrients! Thanks to the resulting longer shelf life, we can also make our #RAW, fresh juices available to shops and restaurants. Without any heat or additives.

Why cold-pressed juices are better
Not all juices are alike. Our juices are made using hydraulic cold pressing — a gentle method that extracts juice without heat or oxidation. This careful process preserves the natural vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and flavor of fruits, herbs, and vegetables. It’s not the fastest or easiest method, but it’s the only way to make sure the nutrients of the raw ingredients actually end up in your bottle!

Unlike traditional pasteurization, which uses heat and can affect taste and destroy vitamins, we use the innovative High-Pressure Processing (HPP) method to slightly extend the shelf life of our juices. This involves placing the filled bottles in a water bath and subjecting them to simultaneous high pressure from all sides. With this gentle method, the microorganisms can be rendered harmless — but the incredibly delicious, fresh taste and nutrients are retained!
