Not all juices are alike. Our juices are made using hydraulic cold pressing — a gentle method that extracts juice without heat or oxidation. This careful process preserves the natural vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and flavor of fruits, herbs, and vegetables. The secret to our production: Freshly pressed AND a long shelf life?
Unlike traditional pasteurization, which uses heat and can affect taste and destroy vitamins, we use the innovative High-Pressure Processing (HPP) method to slightly extend the shelf life of our juices. This involves placing the filled bottles in a water bath and subjecting them to simultaneous high pressure from all sides. With this gentle method, the microorganisms can be rendered harmless — but the incredibly delicious, fresh taste and nutrients are retained!
